Our regular office hours are:

• 7 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday (Eunice location)
• 7 am – 12 noon, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (Iota location)
• 7 am - 5 pm Monday & Wednesday, 1 pm - 5 pm Thursday, & 7 am - 12 pm Friday (Kinder location)

*Someone is available during the lunch hour (12 – 1 pm) to assist with phone calls/appointment scheduling.

If you have an urgent medical need or emergency, call your doctor or seek treatment at an urgent care facility or emergency room nearest you.

At RehabXcel, we accept workers’ compensation, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (337) 457-8164 to find out if we accept your plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will be responsible for making that payment. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Referrals are not necessary for physical therapy, although we welcome referrals if you've already seen a doctor about your condition.

Referrals from your physician or medical provider is required in order to receive occupational therapy or speech therapy.
